In order to strengthen our Human Resources team based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented:

HR Training Coordinator (Maximal Duration Contract for a maternity leave replacement)

Reporting directly to our HR Training Manager, you are responsible for boosting training activities and ensuring their deployment.

Accountabilities

In this role, your main mission is to organize, tutor, coordinate and ensure the follow-up of the training sessions as well as managing and animating internal training programs (e.g. trainings for new joiners). Additionally, you are in charge of all language courses and tests guaranteeing their organization, monitoring and follow-up.

You help the Training Manager in the preparation of the yearly training calendar based on the agreed priorities and play a key role in monitoring the budget by handling and tracking all invoices related to training activities. This includes researching new local and foreign suppliers and managing administrative and logistical aspects.

Furthermore, you manage yearly and ad hoc statistics for both the company and the LVMH Group. Maintaining daily communication with Rome’s headquarter and other LVMH Maisons regarding organizational and administrative matters is also a crucial aspect of your role.

Profile

You have at least 3 years of experience in a Training position within a multinational and well-organized environment, preferably in the luxury industry. Demonstrating a genuine passion for Learning & Development, you are positive, energetic and people oriented.

Thanks to your keen attention to detail, you ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work. Solution-oriented and autonomous, you work in an organized and structured manner. You effectively prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities with ease. Proactive and creative, with great sense of ownership, you always meet the deadlines.

As a native French speaker and fluent in English, you can communicate easily with different stakeholders, being empathetic and a great team player. Finally, you are perfectly comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as various digital and interactive tools.
