Swiss Fund Representative (temporary)

For our client, a well-known international bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Swiss Fund Representative (4-6 months).

Job description

• Review and drafting of marketing documents
• Acquisition of new clients
• Reviewing and monitoring fund documentation and ensuring its conformity with Swiss regulatory requirements
• Drafting and negotiating agreements (like Representative, Paying Agent, and Distribution Agreements)
• Drafting and coordinate request to the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA)
• Responding to existing client's enquiry in regards of distribution of foreign collective investment schemes
• KYC/due diligence: collection of required documents/information from client, input and submit on KYC Platform
• Monitoring of distribution partners
• Monitoring of local regulations and supporting to implement new regulations

Profile

• Banking apprenticeship or similar
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Switzerland
• Legal or paralegal background desired
• Knowledge of and experience with collective investment schemes
• Service- and client-oriented way of working
• German and English fluently in both speaking and writing
