Communications Specialist (80%)
For our client, a well-known Swiss Private Bank, we are currently looking for a multilingual Communications Specialist (80%) to join a family-sized team within Client Strategy & Experience. In this role, you will mainly support and coordinate the production of client letters and related materials and the engagement is limited to two years with an immediate start date.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and assist internal stakeholders in creating client communications, guiding them through the production process, and providing necessary documents and guidelines
- Ensure the tone of voice and layout of client letters and related materials, such as brochures, fact sheets, and forms, comply with CI/CD guidelines
- Edit texts in both German and English
- Coordinate translations and proofreading with external providers, review, align, and finalize versions in English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian
- Manage and update various client letter templates in five languages
- Maintain and update documentation and support materials for the production process
- Provide input to the Language Services team for the terminology database and language guidelines.
Requirements:
- University degree (BSc/MSc) in applied linguistics or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in the financial industry and/or in a communications role
- Fluency in English and German (native proficiency), with knowledge of additional languages (French, Italian, or Spanish) being an asset
- Strong service orientation and quick perception
- Reliable and structured work style with attention to detail
