Service Line Specialist - IoT & Engineering (Manufacturing/Logistics/Transportation)
Job Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and consultative problem-solver with expertise in IoT and Engineering to lead sales for our IoT and Engineering Services. This role focuses on driving growth in key areas such as Industrial and Process Manufacturing, Transportation, Logistics, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for our offerings in Industry 4.0, Manufacturing Operations, Warehouse Systems, and other related areas.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Lead proposals and RFPs in line with account strategies.
- Partner with internal leaders to create and execute solutions.
- Drive sales, business development, and customer relationships.
- Achieve annual revenue and booking targets.
- Work with industry teams to develop long-term executive relationships.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven track record in sales/business growth in Manufacturing or Transportation sectors.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage C-Suite stakeholders.
- Experience working with partnerships, including hyperscalers and boutique technology companies.
- Technical skills to solve business problems and engage in consultative selling.
- Ability to interface at all organizational levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German, with strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs in IoT and engineering is highly desirable.
