Internal Communication & Events Coordinator

Reporting to the Marketing Experience Manager, your role is to foster employee’s loyalty by organizing social events and keep them updated about company’s main events / information. You will be working with people at every level, keeping them informed of news and positive developments in the company and ensuring they stay in the loop during upheavals or periods of crisis.

  • Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers
  • Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, regular email bulletin and digital signage.
  • Work with creative agency to establish layouts
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
  • Manage and ensure proper communication of sport associations to staff
  • Liaise regularly with HR
  • Plan and manage all internal events and events operations
  • Create, plan and coordinate production and collect employee feedback of internal events
  • Manage employee benefits platform communication and satisfaction
  • Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2/3 years of experience in internal communications gained in a premium brand
  • Bilingual in French/English – German being clearly a plus
  • Strong capability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent writing skills with an ability to transform information into engaging content
  • Excellent organizational & presentation skills
  • Ability to learn-on-the-go & to adapt into a fast paced working environment
