Corporate Actions Officer H/F

We are looking for a profile for a Swiss Private Bank : Corporate Actions Officer - M/F

Permanent opportunity - immediate availability

• Good understanding of the risks inherent to the corporate actions environment and demonstrate good discipline around control and escalation.
• Build lasting client relationships
• Consistently comply with internal & external regulations

Daily business responsibilities

• Handle activities of one of the following pools:

• Receipt of information:

• Cross analyze information received: custodians swifts, agent/Funds prospectus andfinancial providers (such as Bloomberg, Telekurs)

• Create adequate corporate event in the corporate action database

• Answer to questions from Relationship Managers, other internal departments,external parties including clients.

• Notification of information: Write announcement to Relationship Managers and Clients Overall responsibilities

• Follow-up on various topics and issues over the lifecycle of a Corporate Action

• Interchange from one pool to the other, depending on needs

• Collaborate with others team members outside the assigned pool

• At least 3-years' experience in a similar role
  

• Bachelor Degree
  

• English - Fluent
