• Have gathered at least one year experience in early childcare. A plus, if you have a Swiss diploma « d’éducateur de l’enfance ES » or Swiss diploma ASE "Assistant-e Socio-Educatif-ve" or a foreign equivalent*.

• Have a Swiss work permit or in the process of receiving one or are from an EU country.

• Are fluent in English: C2 level / Are a native English-speaker and perhaps even can communicate in French and/or German with your colleagues and some parents.

• Are a team player, famous for your empathy, your open-mindedness, and your flexibility.

• Enjoy being surrounded by different languages and cultures.

• Are not afraid of bad weather as we spend time outside no matter what.

* All foreign diplomas must have a formal recognition by SEFRI or an official proof of an open diploma recognition process.

• You accompany your group with commitment, creativity and loving attention.
• You can live your curiosity and imagination and explore the world together with the children.
• To do this, you happily develop, design and implement appropriate pedagogic offers and activities that stimulate children’s cognitive, social, emotional, sensory, motor, creative and language development.

• You work in an international environment with different languages and cultural backgrounds.
