Hauswirtschafterpaar 100% LIVE IN (Lugano) / Domestic Couple 100% LIVE IN (Lugano TI)
Für ein wunderschönes und grosses Anwesen direkt am Luganersee suchen wir ein Hauswirtschafterpaar Live In 100%Aufgaben:
Housekeeping activities such as household maintenance / laundry / taking over household organization / entertaining guests plus looking after them / managing any additional staff / shopping / cooking / minor gardening work - independently carrying out caretaker tasks such as small repairs in the house and on the property / looking after the house and pool technology as well as pool maintenance / Supervision of craftsmen and other external service providers (e.g. landscape gardeners) / Driving the families to appointments etc.
Profile:
Experience as a housekeeper couple in other properties, language skills: Italian (a must, as Italian Switzerland) German / English, flexibility very important and willingness to travel, as there is another property in the USA that you should travel to if a stay is planned there. Driving license YES, very important.
A small apartment is available.If you are interested, we look forward to receiving your complete application documents!
- Haushältertätigkeiten wie Haushaltspflege / Wäschepflege / Übernahme Haushaltsorganisation / Bewirtung von Gästen plus deren Betreuung / Führung von eventuell zusätzlichem Personal / Einkaufen / Kochen / kleinere Gartenarbeiten - Hausmeistertätigkeiten wie kleine Reparaturen im Haus und am Grundstück selbstständig erledigen / Betreuung der Haus- und Pooltechnik sowie Poolpflege / Beaufsichtigung von Handwerkern und anderen externe Dienstleistern (z.B. Landschaftsgärtner) / Besorgungen und Botengänge / Chauffieren
- Erfahrung als Hauswirtschaftercouple in anderen Anwesen, Sprachkenntnisse: Italienisch (ein Muss, da italienische Schweiz) Deutsch / Englisch, Flexibilität sehr wichtig und Reisebereitschaft, da es ein weiteres Anwesen in den USA gibt, zu dem sie mitreisen sollten wenn dort ein Aufenthalt geplant ist. Führerschein JA, sehr wichtig.
