WinGD is looking for a
Assistant / Junior Controller
Responsibilities
- Examine and authorise procurement requests.
- Accurate and timely invoicing of customers.
- Coordination and assistance in collection of receivables.
- Support the Business Controller in monthly closing activities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as accounting department and key individuals in the overseas subsidiaries.
- Maintenance of SAP master data.
- Support in management reporting.
- Support with other ad hoc tasks/projects.
Requirements
- Good Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Python would be desirable.
- 0-3 years relevant experience; the position is also suitable for candidates with no relevant experience, most important is a willingness to learn and an interest in Finance/Controlling.
- Problem-solving and decision-making mentality.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and/or German knowledge desirable.
