This person who will be integrated into a team of three senior people is expected to have:
- An ability to define and monitor a portfolio of transformation projects including organisational deployment projects, dissemination of working methods, the establishment of new directives and the integration of entities.
- An ability to monitor and report on project progress against deliverables, in terms of risks, impact planning, identification of dependencies, resource requirements and budget consumption.
- An ability to monitor and report to a transformation committee made up of senior members of the executive with an ability to synthesise and graphically formalise presentations.
- Knowledge of financial controlling approaches, particularly applied to projects and IT functions.
- An ability to lead independent projects or missions.
The mission takes place in French with interactions in German.
- You have a master's degree from HEC, HEI, EPFL.
- You have experience at manager level in a consulting or auditing firm (> 5 years of experience).
- You have writing skills in French, you have operational knowledge of German and are fluent in English.
- You have a spirit of synthesis and a capacity for formalisation to put together your presentations.
- You have the seniority to interact at a general management level.
- You can ensure mobility 50% of the time.
- You have a Swiss passport, or a C permit, a domicile in Switzerland.
