Your Impact
- Provide administrative and organizational support to multiple associates, directors, and managers within the department, including complex calendar management, meeting organization, preparation, and follow-up for both internal and external meetings, presentation preparation, and travel coordination.
- Actively participate in client development initiatives and contribute support to tender processes.
- Ensure cost monitoring and follow-up.
- Manage client relationships by gathering and analyzing data, ensuring effective communication, and personalizing services to optimize client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively support internal projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and coordinate both internal and external events.
- Serve as a central point of contact for various clients and service lines within the firm, contributing to seamless coordination.
- Continuously develop technical expertise and general skills through workplace training sessions.
Your Skill Set
- Hold a commercial background or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience as an assistant in a dynamic environment. Additional training as an executive assistant is advantageous.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English is required, with basic knowledge of French. Proficiency in German and Italian is an asset.
- Demonstrate a service and solution-oriented mindset, commitment, and strong communication skills.
- Enjoy working independently, with a team spirit, and proactively.
- Utilize quick perception and pragmatic work approach effectively.
- Exhibit task prioritization abilities, flexibility, and relevant experience to handle daily challenges efficiently.
- Value positive relationships with colleagues and clients, actively building a meaningful network.
