HR Assistant
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting the HR team in daily tasks and HR-related processes
- Supporting various HR projects
- Collaborating with local authorities and insurance companies
- Managing time efficiently
- Entering departmental accounts in SAP
- Coordinating employee events
- Acting as a substitute for the HR Business Partner during their absence
Your qualifications:
- Commercial or equivalent training
- Additional training in human resources (HR administrator / HR assistant) would be advantageous
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Proficiency in English (C1) and German (B2)
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized in administrative tasks
- Trustworthiness, reliability, and discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and quick learning ability
