Responsabilités
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat in French, English, and German.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Votre profil
- Fluency in French, English, and German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
