Part-time primary school English teacher for the bilingual section
Institut Florimont is a private, non-for-profit catholic day school founded in 1905. We have more than 1’700 students representing a broad diversity of nationalities and countries of origin. We offer a complete educational program from nursery through to year 13 (ages 3-18) with two language pathways (francophone and bilingual French/English) leading to a choice of three diplomas: International Baccalaureate, Swiss Maturité, and French Baccalaureate.
For the development of our school, we are looking for a fully qualified primary English teacher (bilingual section)
Successful candidates will ideally have:
- A primary education certification (Master`s degree, B.Ed., or Primary PGCE)
- Native English speaker with a good level of French – B2
- Experience in a bilingual school setting, working with a French teaching partner
- 5 years of experience in upper primary years
- International teaching experience would be an asset
Starting date: August 19, 2024
Employment rate: Part-time at 50%

Our working language is French. Therefore, a minimum level of conversational French is required (level B2 of the CEFR).
